CNC milling operator — Logan County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Logan County, Colorado. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $8,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
