Fabricator-welder — King County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in King County, Washington. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Rotating shifts.
