Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in City of Richmond, Virginia. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
