Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Caroline County, Virginia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
