We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Saline County, Arkansas. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day to day you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
