Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
