Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Makarfi, Kaduna State. The job is at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level 4+ years on the tools preferred.
