Kitchen steward — Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred. £14 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
