Baker wanted in Oceana County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Oceana County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
