Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Williams County, North Dakota. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
