Surface coating operator wanted in Fergus County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Fergus County, Montana. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
