Marble cutter — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble cutter in Marion County, West Virginia. You will be based in a natural stone fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs The role involves: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
