The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
