Foundry operative wanted in Mineral County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry operative in Mineral County, Montana. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. The role involves apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor 2+ years on the tools preferred.
