Short order cook — Sabine County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Sabine County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
