On a typical shift you will braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines.
