The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
