Pot washer — Love County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Love County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
