Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in San Joaquin County, California. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
