Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Wells County, Indiana. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
