Powder coating sprayer — Darlington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Darlington County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift.
