We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Sheridan County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
