Lift maintenance fitter — Androscoggin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Androscoggin County, Maine. You will be based in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Your main tasks: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
