On a typical shift you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
