You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height The role involves hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
