Immediate opening: shopfront glazier (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders Rotating shifts.
