Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Kingman County, Kansas. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Day-to-day duties: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
