Baker wanted in Osceola County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Osceola County, Michigan. You will work at a busy bakery. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 2+ years on the tools preferred.
