Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Taylor County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
