You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers.
