Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in McHenry County, Illinois. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
