Chef de partie — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Union County, Kentucky. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
