Immediate opening: production line operative (Wales)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operative in Monmouthshire, Wales. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. On a typical shift you will pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
