Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Yavapai County, Arizona. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
