Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Allen County, Kansas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
