We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Phelps County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts We offer $260 per day plus benefits.
