Oven operator wanted in Prince George County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Prince George County, Virginia. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter 5+ years on the tools preferred.
