Backhoe loader operator — Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Jackson County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On a typical shift you will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
