Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
