Power press operator — East Sussex

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power press operator in East Sussex, England. You will work at an auto components factory. Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £3,150 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
