We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Atascosa County, Texas. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
