Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
