Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together.
