We are recruiting: mobile crane operator (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Rotating shifts.
