Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Cascade County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cascade County, Montana. You will be based at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
