Bakery assistant — Buffalo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Buffalo County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
