Vacancy available: stitching operator (Niger State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Edati, Niger State. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Six days a week, one day off.
