Safety inspector — Lafayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Lafayette County, Mississippi. The job is at an oil and gas facility. You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate On the job you will handle: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
