Lift mechanic — Maries County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Maries County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Full-time, day shift.
