We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Anoka County, Minnesota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
